Beginning with the summer of 2014 as a pilot with full implentation the fall of 2014, there will be a new sequence of math classes in Developmental Education. The three classes of Math045, Math090, and Math099 will become two classes, Math050 and Math055. Math055 should be taken by students on a heavy algebra track. All other students should look at Math050 as their primary development math class. During the summer of 2014 there will be one section each of Math050 and Math055 offered face-to-face. No online sections of these classes will be offered over during the summer of 2014. Online sections of Math090 and Math045 will be offered during that summer. Beginning in the fall of 2014, Math045, Math090, and Math099 will be no longer offered with Math050 and Math055 being offered in a variety of delivery formats.
